Booked via WhatsApp, requesting a child-seat, over a week in advance. Booking was easy, friendly and efficient. Was told they could cater for different sizes car seats.
The car was a nice modern and immaculate Mercedes and the driver was very friendly and welcoming. It was a smooth safe drive. And for a better price than the ‘standard’ Chania-Airport rate. Will definitely use again and wish I had found them sooner. I would recommend to everyone.

We have used T.I.C for our last two visits to Chania, and have been very happy with the service. Professional, reliable, comfortable, and very flexible with trips. We booked everything up front so it was very useful to know that all our travel was organised ahead of time, especially as we were travelling with a young child.
This is the second year that Nick has picked us up from Chania airport and delivered us back. Lovely, clean and comfortable car, friendly and efficient service. We were arriving for a family wedding and there were a lot of pick ups, drop offs and babies to be transported and all were done very well by Nick. He keeps in touch beforehand and we will be using him again for our next holiday to Kalyves.

If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly and professional taxi driver: stop looking! Nikos is the one. The last two years I’ve used his excellent service. He’s always on time, always in a good mood. His car is spotlessly clean. If you send an e-mail he replies quickly. If he doesn’t have time to drive you, he’ll try to find a satisfactory solution. This year I hope to return to Crete. I’ll definitely ask Nikos to pick me up from the airport again.
